View from the back porch off the kitchen...
Forming new IC on a peaceful 1 acre farm in the center of Cuyahoga County (Cleveland) next to a rainforested quarry for hiking, meditation, etc...
Offering a furnished 5,000 s.f. Victorian farmhouse with a couple of barns, a sustainable place to live, learn, teach, work, meet and play...
Everything has been restored, updated and ready to go... No livestock, but there are organic garden areas, pastoral charm and plenty of parking...
The intentional part will be decided by those members who may choose to live here and/or rent/buy space as it could easily be a holistic center or contain offices, NP facility, etc, you name it...
A one of a kind property, full of inspiration, in the perfect location (I-77/480), plus RTA...
This timeless, national historic landmark needs folks who wish to enrich their lives and it could be used exclusively by up to a dozen people or visited by up to 50 so please express your interest and ability to participate...
Common areas are shared, like the big kitchen, living room, foyer, dining and parlor which can be divided off via those great pocket doors...
Out of 100% of the remaining space, each percent is valued at about $4K so if you want your own a bedroom, that's at least 10% or $40K or rent for $500/mo, whatever works, thanks...
  Status: vacant, but looking...
