 Retain your home equity and/or see appreciation of your asset investment in this improved style of co-operative living. I am seeking other community minded persons to help design, finance and build a shardholder owned home on a city lot I presently own. My vision is to provide affordable housing for a diverse group of people desirous of an inspiring and supportive lifestyle. The building lot is in the core area of Salem, jewel of the beautiful Willamette Valley. The amenities of employment,recreation, education and shopping are all within walking distance. Persons of all backgrounds are warmly invited to contact me to discuss how together we can evolve a great idea into a wonderful reality.
