Our community, based primarily on the old ways of farming and co-operative living, will be located somewhere (yet to be decided) in Alberta, Canada. Our aim is to be as self sufficient as possible, with collective use of livestock and farming. We also aim for a common spiritual outlook based on Pagan practices.

Statement of Housing Non-discrimination:

Our community fits the legal definition of "housing for older persons" * and thus we may restrict membership/residency to those of a certain age and may have limits on child membership/residency in accordance with the law. Our community does not discriminate based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or domestic abuse.

Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.

Housing in our community is incidental to employment and therefore fair housing laws do not apply (though employment discrimination laws may).

Population Members(adults and children): 0 (maximum 80) Non-member Residents: (same as member maximum) Open to new members: Yes	Government Decision Making: By consensus Identified Leader: Yes (Founder/Priest/Priestess) Leadership Core Group: Yes (Council of advisors/clergy)	Labor and Money Financial Style: Partial income sharing (for the betterment of the whole, we ask that partial income sharing is implemented) Open to Members with Pre-existing Debt: Yes (not in excess of $15,000) Labor Contribution: Expected (Members must be willing to assist in collective farming and other labour operations for the betterment of the community. This is expected to be approximately 80 hours + per month in spring summer and fall, and between 10-20 per month in winter. This is dependant on farming activity to be done and completed.) Join Fee: No (Any fee is considered part of the income sharing.) Regular Fees: No (Any fee would be considered part of the income sharing.)

Food, etc. Percentage of Food Grown: over 50% (goal is 85% or higher.) Share Community Meals: Nearly all dinners (we hope to implement a communal dinner plan depending on interest.) Dietary Choice or Restrictions: Diet is up to each individual (While we aim to collectively enjoy the spoils of our labour, each individual housing unit is welcome to purchase their own food in nearby towns.) Dietary Practice: Omnivorous (meat is eaten, but not constantly.) Alcohol Use: Used occasionally (Alchol use - Wine only for special occasions or Ritual) Tobacco Use: Prohibited	Social Factors Common Spiritual Practices: Yes (We all strive to follow Pagan practices with a common Spiritual Leader) Which Spiritual Traditions(s): Paganism/Earth Religions (Our spiritual leader is a Wiccan Priestess but recognizes not all Pagan practices incorporate Wicca and so there is room for customization of rituals and the like so they fit everyone.) Educational Style(s): Private school at the community (Our education system aims to be on the grounds. Some schooling will be taught by clergy members in the way of spiritual or religious information.)
