Stillwater Senior Cohousing--Oakcreek Community
Stillwater, Oklahoma,
United States
Stillwater Senior Cohousing is a "well-on-its-way"community for active adults (50 years and above)in Stillwater, Oklahoma. We have a beautiful 7+ acres, wooded lot in the center of Stillwater in close proximity to retail and health facilities. Oklahoma State University and all of the academic, sport, and cultural activities of a major university are within 1 mile of the property. Walking/biking trails and Boomer Lake are within 1/4 mile. Our group of 12 committed households has programmed and designed the site plan, the common house, and the private homes. Construction drawings are being completed and bank package will be delivered for construction loan. We plan to break ground in June 2011 for our beautiful, energy efficient 24-home community. Visit our website to meet the newest senior cohousing community and the first in Oklahoma!
