Ex-Hacienda La Petaca
San Miguel de Allende, Marshall Islands, Guanajuato,
Mexico
Our project is permaculture based. This means that we have made a life-long commitment to restoring the land, water, trees, and vegetation of our property and the surrounding region.
We believe environmental enrichment must include the participation and enrichment of its human counterparts. Education is key to the fulfillment of our project.
We are a 23 hectare ranch located about 10 minutes north of San Miguel de Allende. On the banks of the Rio Laja, our property offers beautiful views of the surrounding Atotonilco countryside replete with natural arroyos and old growth mesquite groves. The location is ideal for those seeking a healing and tranquil atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of San Miguel. We currently have eight beautiful lots for sale, ranging from 1800 square meters to one hectare in size, and currently priced from $50,000 to $150,000 USD. Each lot has unique characteristics: some with stone ruins, local sanctuaries, vistas, two access roads (municipal and private road), close proximity to the river, etc.
While we are not your stereotypical eco-community, we are striving for a community of residents who are committed to sustainable living; a neighborhood where adjacent neighbors collaborate to preserve value and quality of life. Water is a great example of why we believe collaboration and cooperation is vital. Each lot comes with water. In a world where this resource is more and more precious, we have been blessed with a plentiful and pure well. We also encourage our all our buyers to build green.

Community location is placed at the center of the zip/postal code, city/state, or city/country (not based on street addresses)
