A young hippie with a great work ethic? A professional? Play guitar? Cook? dance? Teach yoga? Do you know which herbs are good for what ailments? Do you have an idea for a cottage business or industry and just need a place and a few people to make it a reality? Do you just want a change of scenery to a better way of living and thinking?
We seek those not looking to withdraw from society but to challenge it to re-think the current paradigm and to engage it to make better choices for the future.
Forming in the Tennessee, North Carolina, Virgina area.
Lets put our heads together, the scale of what we can accomplish depends on the thought and energy we put into it.

Hello i am seeking others who want to help me buy 500 acres in northeastern tenn It was logged in 2007 so it has plenty of firewood and its in need of tree planting and cleanup. I am a 55 yr old veteran seeking others to join me in a joint venture of purchase and restoration. We will live there and earn carbon credits for the trees we plant and the restoration we achieve. We will grow fruit trees and our own food. I am qualified for 80k but need others to make this dream a reality. There is also a 25 acre land and house right near this 500 acre tract for sale at 78k. That could be our starting point. However, i need industrious workers and not people who don't want to work hard. Are any there interested in a larger parcel and a bigger vision?

Danie Clarke

PS: I am an old hippie too who started a recycling center in 1975 in N. Calif and have built green homes and planted many fruit trees and organic gardens and have left them for others to keep working as i moved on to do other
