HavenHearth Homes - where the heart is.
Start up co-op/commune for anyone tired of being blindsided by their leaders. We are currently looking for property to purchase, in an area with little or no pollution/super-fund sites.
Our mission is to provide a safe, sane place for growth, farming, the arts and a place where people who are involved with animal and animal care can live in an environment that is not Anti-Animals; not animal "rights," instead animal "responsiblity." Our aim is to provide not only a wonderful living experience for ourselves but also the animals we call companions and those we plan to grow for food.
We are interested in people who are willing to work hard to reap rewards; who belive that it "take a village" not just "give me mine."
Initially there may be some need to co-habitate, if that is an issue you may want to pass. We will not allow temporary "tin" houses. They are not enviromentally sound.
Every member will be responsible for helping raise every other homesite and each outbuilding; or make repairs. Help doesn't have to be physical labor if you're not completly able or qualified; paperwork has to be done, food has to be cooked - everyone just needs to want to help/input for the community.
Personal beliefs are just that, personal, we are not affiliated nor do we wish to be affiliated with any organized belief system.
Our goal is to grow our own organic foods (meat and vegitable) as well as provide for our own recycle/reclaimation and energy needs as well as provide for one another in any crisis.
