 Sage Sanctuary will be a place with 10-40 shamans, healers, sages and mystics living in residence. Our primary goal will be to save the world. I am not kidding. The Sanctuary will be the place that we will finish healing and marshall our resources to save the world in the most efficient, quick, and effective way.
The Sanctuary will be a place that is completely natural and organic, in the truest senses of the word. We will live completely off the land, in harmony with it, making zero waste, zero "carbon footprint," and forage most of our food. We will be self sufficient, growing our food year round in a climate suitable (California, Florida, New Mexico, Oregon, or other possible places). There will be no plastic, no pesticides, no petroleum of any kind, no metal, no cars, no drywall, no synthetics of any kind. visitors will check their pesticide clothing and plastic shoes at the gate. i'm not kidding. if it grows naturally, it is good. if it doesn't, its not.
I am looking for people who are currently in perfect or very near perfect physical health. You have figured out that our toxic environment is causing an incredible build-up of undigestible matter in our soft tissue and that one must go through an intense physical breakdown and rebuilding to heal. And that the only way to do this is to massively reduce the amount of pollution entering your system each day and massage the build-up out of your tissue, restoring your body to 90% water. You are currently living this lifestyle, as evidenced clearly through your diet (only organic, only real water, no plastic, etc) and ways of living.
ideally, we will figure out a way to just heal the whole world in one big zap and then everyone will just live in harmony. until we do that, we will be finishing healing ourselves and going into town as often as possible to heal and teach others. on our massive acreage (100++) we will build a healing center where people can come for free and detox/heal. we will be independent of the money system, hopefully bartering with our county eventually for the property taxes. until we are free from the money system, we will do healing for donation. our lifestyle will be very simple and very fun, as we will dance and sing and create all the time. I am posting this in 10/09 and hope to have a group together by the end of the year/beginning of next year. By spring we will have purchased land and be starting the village.
