We're Building a Community with Purpose and You're Invited!
 We’re ‘boomers, empty nesters, AAAAs (Active Adults-All Ages!) and we’re itching to create a cohousing community in Falls Church, VA. Just 10 minutes by Metro from the nation’s capital, Washington, DC, Falls Church maintains a small town feel amidst the hustle and bustle of the greater metropolitan area. A walk down its tree-lined streets filled with small shops, ethnic restaurants, historic homes and contemporary art will entice you to remain.
Our vision is a snug urban community of 26 condominium units fronting on a quiet street just blocks from the library, farmer’s market, community center, parks & other amenities. (And, of COURSE, it’s green and sustainable!) We welcome EVERYONE!
