Shorewood Community
 Apartment-cohousing is the site of the newly forming Shorewood Intentional Community, at Shorewood Heights apartments on Mercer Island, in Washington state. We want to help break down the barriers many face to living in community by using the existing infrastructure of a beautiful apartment complex, rich with community-friendly amenities to make community happen. In addition our website is setup to help others interested in using apartment complexes to build community to promote their apartment-based communities.
At the Shorewood community, we use NVC, and are food and media conscious (avoiding sugar, and TV).
