This is a thoughtfully planned village, promoting sustainability of natural resources & human community, with the intent towards extending this spirit into the neighborhood & the world.
Are you an artist or sculptor or musician, writer or healer, creative spirit or part of the cultural creatives? Would you like wide open spaces and incredible views, while sitting at the foot of beautiful Pedernal Mountain, right in the heart of Georgia O’Keeffe country? This is an opportunity to become a part of a small community of like-minded people while having a place to come to do your creative, life's work.
The land is approximately 62 acres that will be commonly owned and shared. The Village itself is 16 home sites with 15 sites clustered around a 6+ acre plaza on the canyon rim, overlooking the Rio Puerco and the entrance of Abiquiu Lake.
Several unit-sites are available for sale, with the purchaser then having the freedom to build their own casita, within the framework of Village guidelines for architecture and sustainable elements. This community is on the frontier of defining new ways of living, and you are invited to join in if this concept resonates in your body, mind and spirit.
