 My community is still under construction but will be completed in about a month. There are 8 lots for sale all of which are about 1 1/2 acres. The theme of the community is to reduce our carbon footprint by living as sustainably as possible. Will will be able to produce most of our vegetable and fruit needs from my existing organic farm. We will also have a pond for recreation and fishing. This is the first ecovillage in the area but hopefully not the last. Houses will be geothermal heating and cooling, with foam insulation, all electric with energy star appliances. Please go to my web site for contact info and photos.
