Panama City Beach area of the Florida Panhandle is going to have an intentional community and is looking for potential members and investors. This Co-Housing and collaborative housing project will be an Integral Community. We are exploring holocracy as our governance system rather than consensus. The founders are seeking co-founders of high consciousness who are integrally informed to assist in creating this community.

Housing will be affordable, energy efficient modern homes. It will have a combination of attached private units with living room, bed room and kitchenettes off the common house with larger separate, single family homes surrounding the common house. Depending on the property chosen we are aiming at less than $100K for the attached units and $150K to $200K for the larger separate homes. We intend for the the common house to have a large community kitchen and dinning room, library/reading room, recreation room, home theater, guest rooms and classrooms. We are looking at properties between the beautiful white sands of the the City of Panama City Beach and the new international airport north of West Bay.

It is our hope that Florida Coast Integral Community will be a model not only for community living but will also have on sight businesses operating within principles of Conscious Capitalism. We are a spiritual group living from the vision of integral theory. We are interested in personal development but at the pace chosen by each individual. We see a need to live a sustainable life in harmony with the capacities of our home, Earth. The newest technologies will be incorporated to attain high levels of energy conservation and attempt to be energy self sufficient.

Some advantages we bring to this project which we feel will make it an assured success are:

1 An experienced “Life Coach” and social worker and certified Peace Ambassador.

2 A facilitator, trained by CanBridge Consulting and Facilitation in group process and conflict resolution as well as certified in Advance Integral.

3 An innovative builder/developer with experience in green building coming out of retirement for this project

I get SSI oly 710.0 a month how can I join a community and get out of the city of Detroit? I need help now! i'm in fear of my life and have nothing here...I wiill be homeless come July. Plz help me. namaste~Jim
