 35 acre natural sanctuary retreat center nestled in the woods outside of K.C. and near Baldwin City, KS. Offer small retreats and workshops with 501c3 under the umbrella of the Unity churches. Seeking partners to share ownership of property and build your own ecofriendly dwelling. Temporary living space available. VISIONING Eco-village and working our way off of the grid. Have CSA, chickens, yurt, re-habbed barn/meeting space, old RV, and farmhouse(for rent). Seeking people with similar vision and pioneering spirit. Have property held in an LLC and selling shares(minimum $25,000)
We are open to diversity and prefer people who are able to help carry the load.
We also do outreach in the AIDS orphan crisis in South Africa and work along side folks there who share our interests in growing healthier food and learning a more sustainable life-style.
It is our belief that the changes needed on this planet are being built from the ground up and we welcome your input into this expanding vision.
