Establish a commune which is as independent as possible from external interferences, and to be able to live in a completely sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle.

The commune will be based on the following principles:

Naturism (if you don?t wear clothes, your footprint on the world will be quite small)

Sustainability & use of local materials. (in order to make best use of local material as well as price benefits)

LETS (for internal finance if the need arises)

Long House, dormitory type accommodation. (In order to keep our foot print down, as well as establish a tight nit community. It is presumed that for naturists and swingers that minimal privacy is required)

Alternative Swinging Lifestyle. (close social bonds and interactions between members at all levels will be encouraged an expected)

Balance. (everything needs to be in balance)

It is therefore though that the ideal persons for consideration in this commune are naturist families or couples, who have accepted an open swinging type lifestyle, are green in nature and wish to live and work as a member of a commune in a safe and pleasant work environment.

The idea is to set up this commune in Asia where it is warm and with plenty of sun potential.
