Statement of Housing Non-discrimination:

Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.

Population Members(adults and children): 10 (8-12) Non-member Residents: 10 (2-12 WWOOFers and Interns depending on the season) Open to new members: Yes (come WWOOF and check us out!)	Government Decision Making: Other (there aren't enough people in the house for the need of official-formal group process when you eat all your meals together (altho consensus is our default)) Identified Leader: Yes (Meritocracy -the little hierarchy that forms from experience and knowledge and familiarity)	Labor and Money Financial Style: Members have independent finances (we want to be income sharing so so so bad. We share pretty much everything but money; and we pool some money to pay for all day to day basic needs) Open to Members with Pre-existing Debt: Yes Labor Contribution: Expected (3hrs to the larger community of GVV and all other time to the house. mwuhahahaha!) Regular Fees: Yes (rent for the house is fixed and so is rent per person in the house so extra money from extra people goes to house kitty)
Land and Buildings Rural (we live at an old lumber mill, so it has that cozy warehouse-squat feel with all the lovely benefits of rural nature and county living) Area: 5 acres (2.0 hectares) (but we're part of a much larger community so we have free range of 330 acres) Land Owned By: Individual community member(s) (soon an LLC for the larger community. That CRIChouse can get a long term lease from.) Number of Residences: 2 (plus .3 buildings of no consequence.)	Food, etc. Percentage of Food Grown: 6-20% (we mainly urban forage for all our perishable foodstuffs, in the winter. In the summer 80% of our perishable come from the gardens.) Share Community Meals: Nearly all meals (sometimes not breakfast, depending on schedule) Dietary Choice or Restrictions: Other (we encourage Freeganism) Dietary Practice: Primarily vegan (we're actually Freegan. http://www.Freegan.info) Alcohol Use: Seldom used (we brew too!) Tobacco Use: Seldom used (discouraged)	Social Factors Common Spiritual Practices: No (Atheism encouraged!)
