living sustainably as we best know how. continuing to learn what "the best way" might be. learnin' and growin'. homesteading. permaculture. appropriate lifestyles. appropriate technology for our appropriate little ("Third-World") lifestyles. reducing (and knowing) our ecological footprint (by questioning our uses, needs, actions and practices). forest restoration, soil building.
