 Rustic looking Brand New construction 8,400 square feet usable area Penthouse Artist Loft.I recycle rebuild all types of rustic looking furniture and use same in this Artist Loft.I am an Artist.
I am also a Modern non denominational fighting Buddhist.Though this is a work in Progress by June 2009 the Gardens will be finished on the 3,000 square ft roof 2,000 square ft rear deck and the pair of 400 square foot balcony's.I will be growing food herbs and lots of flowers.All rooms have built in Loft Beds and recycled Rustic furniture.I recycle electronics and rebuild computers.This place will be the Machu Pichu of Brooklyn NYC.The above URL shows prelimanary photos of the place.Soon a Website.As of the date of this posting 3 rooms are available.Artist non Artist,Students,Interns,working persons welcome any age.Responsible individuals like myself and my fellow loft mates.A express to Manhattan 9 minutes Wall Street.12-14 minutes 14street 8avenue.Several Bus lines for fast commute to Brooklyn Hieghts,Park Slope,Willamsburg,Greenpoint.
Safe non Gentrified working class middle class area.1-2 family homes.Plenty of free street parking.2 blocks from Police Station,Super Market plenty of Bodegas,Laundromat.The term of Sublease is three months infinitely renewable.The current cost of a Share is 550.00 monthly interior roomsm625.00 monthly rooms with HUGE windows.
