 A senior cohousing community of 15-18 individual units plus a common house and two rentable rooms on 10 acres in rural Person County, North Carolina, adjacent to Potluck Community Farm (a 13-family intentional community). Elderberry is now forming. Land has been purchased and a site plan is being developed. Our intention is to develop a rural cohousing community for seniors interested in country life (animals, pastures, gardens, etc.).
