The EarthKeeper series is a template that can be moved anywhere. It is not a specific site but an idea given to me by the source and confirmed through divine synchronicity. If you have land and need a template or help creating and managing, please contact me. My Beloved and I are available.

All communities will operate completely off the grid. All communities support individual needs as well as those of the communities. Most of our communities have masters of many trades who are willing to teach others (i.e., woodworking, magnetic energy, free energy, physics, master builders, permaculture, horticulture, and homesteading). We feng shui each home for proper entry and window placement. On a personal level, all homes align to those living in them and can be explained in detail to those interested.

We feel blessed to be a part of a movement that is healing the planet and are always open to meet others and share space, time, and knowledge. So drop us a line and check out the Global Villages page (the vehicle conversions, etc.). If you have any resources of affordable power (i.e., wind, solar, magnetic, water, and wood-burning stove,) please let us know. We are currently working on a magnetic engine and will have a working model this spring. We are currently looking for volunteers. All work with us is barter, exchange, hour for hour. Ask for more details.

Visitor Process: If you come for the day, please give me a call up to three days before arriving. You may come for a day or up to three days. We charge $10 a day for camping after that.

Statement of Housing Non-discrimination:

Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.

Population Members(adults and children): 6 (wood workers, farmers, goat keepers, tree trimmers wanted) Non-member Residents: 2 Open to new members: Yes (We accept all applications (there is a 30 day period of assessment))	Government Decision Making: By a group of elders or other leaders (We will do Council meetings. With a talking stick. Allowing all to have a platform and then voting in silence (place in a hat)) Identified Leader: Yes (Carl Cordel (acting Manager is Aeon Pi)) Leadership Core Group: No	Labor and Money Financial Style: Partial income sharing (We are Creating a Global Economy, Your assistance, knowledge and input is welcome) Open to Members with Pre-existing Debt: Yes (please do not come with your have to's and stress the community with your lack or need. We have classes to bring you back to balance.) Labor Contribution: Expected (20 hours a week for room and board on current projects (20 hours on the mtn for log Cabins 12x20)) Join Fee: No (We only expect `contribution and sharing. pay it forward, let go of greed. Food contributions etc. LOVE IS THE BEST YOU CAN GIVE) Regular Fees: Yes (If you use the internet or electricity then please contribute with extra hours or a donation monthly)
Land and Buildings Rural (Blanco) Area: 15 acres (6.1 hectares) (it is 1 football field wide and 15 football fields long) Land Owned By: Independent land trust (not controlled by the community) (The land owner (son) or manager on site.) Number of Residences: 3 (We plan to have 30 cabins in different sections. Gardening, Goats, Chickens, Botantical, Water Keepers, Solar keepers, engine room, woodworkers, etc) Cohousing: No	Food, etc. Percentage of Food Grown: over 50% (We have three crops that can be eaten, bartered, dried, shared.) Share Community Meals: 1 time/week (unless community enjoys sharing) Dietary Choice or Restrictions: Diet is up to each individual (Eat right for you. Peer pressure is a rediculous excuse for your well being) Dietary Practice: Other (We have organic meat eaters, and Vegetarians) Alcohol Use: Prohibited (Orgainic Meads, Juns and Kombuchas.) Tobacco Use: Seldom used (Ceremonial Use)	Social Factors Common Spiritual Practices: No (To each their own.)
