 I believe that we as a whole need to change. The human race has great potential to be as we are—which is love. We need to change not only our physical lives but our spiritual and emotional as well. What would happen if we learned to forgive, accept, and respect? Forgive all that has happened in the past no matter how evil or wrong and live in each moment as it is, with love and compassion. Accept all that presents itself as it is, without attachment to right or wrong, good or bad. Respect each other for who we are as individuals, and realize we are all equals, each unique and capable.
I believe that we should use what we already have the best we can without creating more of the same. What we do create needs to be more harmonious and healing to our environment.
I own an old home on a couple of acres. The house and land need work; one man can only do so much! The vision is to create a self-sustaining homestead using what I have, and adding more efficient and self-reliant systems. I want to live by example and teach others to do the same with solar and wind electricity, rainwater catchment, organic gardens, food preservation, all that it takes to live independently.
My experience is broad, mainly in organic agriculture and permaculture, but I have accumulated a lot of knowledge along the way. I am looking for investors and partners who share a similar vision.
Materials that are crucial:
1) People to work and share with;
2) Time to research, work, network, teach; and
3) Money; unfortunately, without it the struggle is too intense.
If we continue to rely on a system that continues to fail us, what will happen? Why not be prepared for the inevitable changes and live better today?
  Status: house and land,need people!
