No Risk, Non-Denominational, Faith Based Training Community.
If you have several hundred thousand dollars to purchase the necessary land and equipment to establish a community, why risk it?
If you don’t have several hundred thousand dollars to establish a community, we will help you, if you qualify.
We are a Training Community for people who desire to live in community and/or those who desire to establish new communities.
We are called to establish Faith Based, “Kibbutz” type Rural and Urban Communities all the way from Canada throughout the U.S. into Mexico and South America, Israel and all the other Nations.
We will train you and help you find and train a “Core Group” of “like-minded” people that you will have the opportunity to spend thirty-six to forty-eight months with prior to risking your personal property or the funds necessary to purchase land and equipment.
If you qualify, you will have the option of staying at Prairie Creek Settlement or we will help you find the land and help build communities in any city, state or country in any of the locations set out above.
If you already have land, we will train you in community development, help you find and train a “Core Group” of “Like-Minded” people that you know you can get along with prior to risking further expenses and the turmoil normally associated with establishing a new community. You can also become a “Prairie Creek Settlement Sister Community” if you desire, however that is not mandatory.
The Congregation of Acts, Prairie Creek Settlement, Lebanon Missouri location is setting up an old west, homestead, 1800's type frontier Community. This location is an agricultural, training and tourist, Hebraic/Jewish Roots Community located on 120 acres that joins thousands of acres of National Forest in central Missouri.
Prairie Creek Settlement is being established as a self-supporting, Self-Sustaining, echo-village type Sanctuary Community for those who seek truth above all else and are being called out of the world and the world system into community.
We offer a “No Risk” thirty-six to forty-eight month Discipleship/Internship Training Program that allows people to come in and actually do “hands on community building” and experience the everyday reality of living in community without risking the purchase of land, their personal property or going through all the trial and error of finding reliable and compatible people to join with them in community.
This involves both the “Spiritual” and the “Physical” aspects of Living a Holy, “Called-Out,” “Set-Apart” life in community and it eliminates the danger of ending up in a cult with no way out.
We offer the opportunity to work with existing Communities in Israel, and to establish Faith Based Kibbutz type Rural and Urban Communities all the way from Canada throughout the U.S. into Mexico and South America, Israel and all the Nations.
We will assist in obtaining land for rural communities and housing for Urban communities in any of these locations for those who qualify.
Entry level through advanced training and workshops are offered covering The Hebraic/Jewish Roots of Christianity, Community Building, Survival and Self-Sustainability in agriculture, alternative energy and other related subjects.
Prairie Creek Settlement is a “Bridge” Community and Ministry for people who are being “Called Out” of this world and the world and religious systems. We are for those people who are being called back to the original ancient Hebraic/Jewish Roots of the Faith taught by Yahushua haMashiach, (Jesus the Messiah) and His Apostles.
We are using Mobile Homes as “transitional housing” while we build our permanent buildings and homes which are being built the old way. They will be the old type, "Timber Framed" buildings that are constructed from timber we cut from our land and other property in the area.
Lumber is milled on our own sawmill and construction is done by our community members all helping each other.
We have some housing on hand and we try to keep a list of current Mobile Homes, (both single and double wide) which are available in the area.
Single Men and Women of all ages.
We offer classes that set out and examine the biblical restrictions and requirements for marriage.
We offer social and work activities that allow men and women to meet and socialize in a controlled environment that fosters the development of a true biblical relationship that can lead to the possibility of a strong and lasting marriage.
Living in The Prairie Creek Settlement Community:
Our Resident Members, both Permanent and Candidates on probation, can range in age from the small children of families through their mid-teens and up through mid-nineties or more.
Resident Members live and work within the community. When necessary outside jobs are obtained, however it is our desire to establish businesses and cottage type industries so that outside employment is not necessary.
All these Faith Based, Sanctuary communities will involve elements of Self-supporting, Self-Sustaining, Environment Friendly, “Eco-village”, offering some types of “Individual Family” Housing, “Co-housing”, “Communal, 100% Income Sharing” and/or “Co-op” shared housing or combinations thereof, depending upon the locations and the needs and desires of people involved in them.
Judah and other members will travel to teach and speak to Church members and Home Groups, Gatherings and Meetings. Contact us for details.
