Willow Bunch College
Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan,
Canada
Our “intentional” college is based on Guided practicalities: therapy, literacy, recycling, ecology, arts, music, aquaculture, aquaponics, and agriculture.
Lots of sun, little rain and much wind make energy self-sufficiency possible (we aim to use biofuel from a nearby feedlot).
Our founding reason for being is a useful spirituality based on dreams and visions for effectiveness and foresight. Read "Practically Dreaming," the first in a series of seven dream-inspired works. (Buy them on www.buyorsell.it under storefront/books.)
Our therapeutic approach can be read at inntherapy.com and our internship programs are at www.cprize.org/interning.php.
Our literacy program can be seen at firstspells.com. It dramatically increases literacy in children who “play the game.”
CPrize Foundation owns the campus land and buildings. See CPrize.org for its objectives and also the technology challenges it is launching. The original building is a former K-12 school of 2369 square meters, or 25,000 sq ft. We are working on a greenhouse and renovations to $5 million.
Our intentional community presently comprises 2 staff, 3 interns and 12 at other locations. Housing in this community is inexpensive. Building lots are cheap and a few older homes are for sale. See willowbunch.ca for town information and listings of available homes. The population of the town is under 500 presently.
Stay a week for courses, weeks for therapy, 6-24 months for intern experience and/or teaching. Join us. Our internship program pays room and board plus $5/day.
A prepaid bond can be used to pay for courses, therapy, or other expenses if you are not planning to continue your relationship with us after taking your first course(s) or if you want to experience our health program for what ails you.
By learning to use and apply the Guidance of your dreams, your success becomes our success. Everyone dreams.
We are also aiming to recreate a therapy used around the Galilee 2000 years ago and in Ireland 2650 years ago and in Spain in the 13th century. We advertised for neuroscientists and got 14 applicants, 5 MDs, 6 PhDs, a chiropractor and a nurse. Two of them are interns, and 2 more are coming.
We are now working on a program to preempt lives lost in foreseen natural disasters, funded by raffles on www.inraffles.me, content supported by www.godofdreams.com
