Diggin up the Garden
This six-person collective currently lives together in an owned home in Columbus, Ohio.
We also live with others who are “short termers” or temporary guests. We are using the opportunity of stable housing to live together and experiment with our dynamics, to develop our relationships and the culture of the community, and to save money for our next steps.
We share meals often, stay up late, and wake up early to talk, do projects, and go on bike rides together. We like inviting our friends over, and all of us enjoy a good dance party!
Some of us work and some don't. Most of us are involved with local social justice issues and projects.
If you're feeling intrigued and would like to talk more, email us, we'd love to hear what your thoughts are!
This community is far from complete and is a work in progress. We have intentionally left some decisions unmade so that new members can have an equal voice on issues we feel are important. We have some initial criteria that we'd like to see others excited about that we'd be happy to share with you.
