 Nectare will be a community with an intensive agriculture and energy farm focus. Multiple layers of participation will offer everything from entry-level, dormitory, rental opportunities to large-family, independently owned, detached units. Affordable housing will be achieved through shared facilities, transportation, and appliances. Employment opportunities will support the functioning of various enterprises while welcoming independent business ventures to be incorporated into the well-being of Nectare.
