Cold Spring Farm
Richwoods, Missouri,
United States
Located just one hour southwest of St. Louis, Missouri, Cold Spring Farm is an intentional community in the forming stage. We have 30 acres of beautiful land, half pasture and half woods, with two springs that feed a year-round creek, lots of wildlife, and big trees! We are looking for five to eight people who want to be part of something greater than the sum of its parts. Our plan includes growing organic produce to sell at local farmers markets and to restaurants and families here in St. Louis. We are earth-loving, music-playing, hard-working people looking for similar types. We like having fun and want like-minded people who are looking for a different path. Our land and home are paid for, and our bills are very small. No rent is required, but you will be responsible for your own spending money. Once the farm is up and running, all profits will be shared equally after common expenses are paid (seeds, compost, etc.). Families with children are welcome, as are singles. Just be happy, creative, hard-working, and willing to contribute your creative energy.
  Status: active and growing
