 Asheville Harmony Village consists of 12 modular one-story units with 2 and 3 bedrooms on 1.752 acres. Modules are configured in an attached arrangement of two tri-plexes and three duplexes. Unit sizes range from 1150 sq. ft. up to 1466 sq. ft. with universal design. Various floor plans with green building options are available. The property will have central green/garden space, carports with storage area and a perimeter parking area for guests.
We are an eclectic group of like-minded folks who seek to live simply and sustainably in a green community. Open to all who share our values, we welcome and celebrate diversity. We are an adult-centered intergenerational community where children are welcome while remaining elder friendly. Our core values include care, support, fun, laughter, creative expression, and spirituality.
Asheville Harmony Village, a new cohousing neighborhood forming in West Asheville, North Carolina. Asheville is a smallish city of around 83,000 located in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. It is a progressive welcoming city with vibrant art, culture and entertainment. With it's mild climate across 4 seasons, outdoor adventures, scenic vistas and whatever activities you like are readily available.
