(Intentional Neighborhood)
Asheville Harmony Village consists of 11 modular one-story units with two and three bedrooms on 1.752 acres. Modules are configured in an attached arrangement of one triplex and four duplexes. Unit sizes range from 1150 sq ft up to 1466 sq ft with universal design. Various floor plans with green building options are available. We are “NC Healthy-Built” at the Gold level. The property will have central green/garden space, a common house with storage area, and carports and guest parking on the perimeter.
We are an eclectic group of like-minded folks who seek to live simply and sustainably in a green community. Open to all who share our values, we welcome and celebrate diversity. We are an intergenerational community that welcomes children while remaining elder friendly. Our core values include care, support, fun, laughter, creative expression, and spirituality.
Asheville Harmony Village is a new cohousing neighborhood forming in West Asheville, North Carolina. Asheville is a smallish city of around 83,000 located in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. As a progressive welcoming city, Asheville offers vibrant art, culture, and entertainment. With its mild climate across four seasons, outdoor adventures, scenic vistas, and activities galore are readily available and waiting for you.
