Mr. & Mrs. Anthony L. Segretto - December Baha'i Wedding
This community is JUST starting (June '08) - there is a nice piece of property of interest in Schagticoke that we would really do well to jump on, so we need a MOTIVATED TEAM (enrolling volunteers now) to get this locomotion in motion!
Cooperative MISSION:
This cooperative will welcome those that can sometimes feel like social outcasts - the raw vegans, vegans, vegetarians and macrobiotics.
Homes on the property shall be both Terra Domes and Tree Houses, and possibly Yurts.
All construction shall strive to be as GREEN as possible.
I intend to use my Architectural Degree to be a leader in the design, and I have building plan concepts already established for review, modification, et cetera.
Most importantly, the key goals of this community will be to welcome peaceful, eco-friendly neighbors from the raw vegan/ vegan/ vegetarian/ macrobiotic society, most especially those in need of the peacefulness that the village will have to offer and the financial help in establishing a home life that the village can offer, as well.
There will be a main road into the village, but all other pathways shall be pedestrian/ cycling.
A community agriculture system will be established to provide a large amount of food for the village members.
Ideally, we would like to attract some folks with skills in: Holistic Medicine, gymnastics trainer, tradesmen, chefs of raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, and macrobiotic diets, gardeners, et cetera.
