Gathering Of Friends Community

 Friends that want to share in the expenses of life, as we get older and realize that the economy is becoming cost prohibitive.
The economy is not getting any better, and while we could continue to own our own homes, and keep up with the costs of doing so, it would make much more fiscal sense to join forces and enjoy our future retirement years by sharing the varied costs.
Ideally, we will have a property that will allow each member/couple to have their own space,ie: Bedroom/den/bathroom, and also share a common space/ Great room/fantastic kitchen.
Garden/yard/fruit trees etc.
We have just started this process, most of us are in our early 50's.
Animal lovers a must.
Occasional Grand children VISITing.
