We are friends that want to share in the expenses of life as we get older and realize that the economy is becoming cost prohibitive.
The economy is not getting any better, and while we could continue to own our own homes and keep up with the costs of doing so, it would make much more fiscal sense to join forces and enjoy our future retirement years by sharing the varied costs.
We expect to set this up as a senior housing facility. Ideally, we will have a property that will allow each member/couple to have their own space such as bedroom, den, bathroom, and share a common space, great room, fantastic kitchen, garden, yard, fruit trees, etc.
We have just started this process. Animal lovers a must. Grand children welcome to visit.
