Woodhenge
Adams Center, New York,
United States
Woodhenge was formed by Jim & Krista Juczak. It is located in Northern New York State. It has 52 acres of farmland and mixed fields. Woodhenge currently has one non-family member for a total of three adults and one child. We have several housing units, all are alternative constructed and mortgage free; Woodhenge is off-grid and makes it's power with wind and sun. We are in the process of forming a CSA. We teach self-reliance skills on and off campus that include: Green & sustainable building practices, home brewed electrical systems, food growing and storage systems, and self-defense for the pacifist.
