 Independent self sufficient artist cohesive village of empty nesters,bachelors and bachelorettes.
Full time on premises living and working...off the grid is important as well as a farming community where food purchase would be minimized by growing most of the food source..farm animals would supply milk,eggs,etc..,Group or individual house building for shelter, and shared vehicles and bicycles for transportation...Production of artistic work for sale to supplement income...
