 We desire an independent, self sufficient, artistic, cohesive village. We would be full time on premises living and working. Being off the grid is important, as well as having a farming community where food purchases would be minimized by growing most of the food source. The farm animals would supply milk, eggs, etc. There could be a group or individual house for shelter, and shared vehicles and bicycles for transportation. We would produce artistic work for sale to supplement income.
