 Community is in the embryonic stages of planning.

The idea is for a community / co-operative with up to 20 (pref 13 or so)individuals/families living on the property but up to 144 shareholders - running an eco-tourism facility in the community as the income generator for the community. Upwards of $300k is needed to purchase the land and build the infrastructure.
