East Blair housing
 East Blair Housing Co-op was established in 1982 in the Whiteaker neighborhood of Eugene OR. Currently we have 22 units for occupancy with a community room, communal gardens, sauna and individual patios and garden spaces. We participate in neighborhood events such as the Last Friday Art Walk, where this month we will host a Kid's Art event in our kid-oriented play area. We govern by consensus, each member is expected to devote a certain number of hours to helping EBHC. Our current members range in age from 1 1/2 to 84 years old. New members are accepted by application, confirmation of references and intensive interviews as vacancy allows.

Visitor Process: Visitors must be invited by a member. Any attendance at a committee meeting must be okayed in advance. Folks can visit in members homes and are asked to be introduced if they will be staying for an extended time.
