East Blair Housing Co-op
Eugene, Oregon,
United States
East Blair Housing Co-op was established in 1982 in the Whiteaker neighborhood of Eugene Oregon. Currently we have 22 units for occupancy with a community room, communal gardens, sauna, and individual patios and garden spaces. We participate in neighborhood events such as the Last Friday Art Walk, where this month we will host a Kid's Art event in our kid-oriented play area. We govern by consensus; each member is expected to devote a certain number of hours to helping EBHC. Our current members range in age from 1 ½--84 years old. New members are accepted by application; confirmation of references, and intensive interviews as vacancy allows.
