Do you hanker after the joys of sharing in a community of your own choosing, pooling resources, and hanging out with fellow amiable eccentrics, while maintaining a certain healthy personal freedom? Do you yearn to live closer to nature, but don't want to tackle its challenges all by yourself? Do you want to share your life with people who don't find your personal mysticism alarming or laughable, without having to isolate yourself from people of other religions? Do you believe in fairies/devas/genus loci/nature-angels and wish to live in harmony with them? If so, visit our website and join in the planning, from the ground up, of the community you have always dreamed about!

Or do you simply want to offer friendship and support for others with this dream, without going for it yourself? Or do you want to explore whether this might be the right dream for you, or the right people with which to make your own hopes a reality? You might even want simply to brainstorm ideas about intentional community in general with like-minded souls, in order to create your own. If so, visit the website anyway! Signing up for this online group does not commit you to build with us when we get to that point, nor do we commit to having you. But we can always leave the possibility open.

Statement of Housing Non-discrimination:

Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.

Population Members(adults and children): 2 (We do not yet have land. The 2 listed are me & my husband.) Non-member Residents: 21 (Actually, these are members of the website, who may or may not opt to live with us in the future.) Open to new members: Yes	Government Decision Making: By consensus (People can act unilaterally on something they feel strongly about, so long as it impacts nobody else negatively.) Identified Leader: No Answer (I lead discussions on the web just because I set up the site, and set the goals to see who else shares them, but when it's hands on, different leaders will arise in different specialties.) Leadership Core Group: No Answer (We'll see what develops.)	Labor and Money Financial Style: Other (Still hashing it out. Will probably differ by degree of affiliation.) Open to Members with Pre-existing Debt: Yes (But we would have to consider it case by case very carefully.) Labor Contribution: (Everyone should do what they're capable of, but we allow for disabiities, infancy, etc.) Join Fee: No Answer (Probably eventually, but goods and services might count as cash at need, and some might pay over time. No good person need hang back from poverty, if you came by it honestly.) Regular Fees: No Answer (Everyone should contribute something, but it might be cash, goods, or services. We're still hashing it out.)
Land and Buildings Other (Stage #1--internet discussion. Stage #2--we move into a region we want to live in, as close to each other as feasible (including some home-sharing.) Stage #3--obtain rural land near where we've moved. Options of living full-time rurally, full-time urban, or switching back and forth as needed. Emphasis will be on rural.) Land Owned By: (To be determined.)	Food, etc. Percentage of Food Grown: (Not yet applicable. Someday, lots, hopefully.) Share Community Meals: (Not yet applicable. Hopefully someday often, but up to the individual's choice.) Dietary Choice or Restrictions: Diet is up to each individual (Some of us have medical or ritual restrictions, but we hope to provide something for everybody.) Dietary Practice: Other (We hope to serve several options at meals to cover everybody's needs.) Alcohol Use: Used occasionally (This would be strictly up to the individual. We would be considerate of recovering alcoholics.) Tobacco Use: (Not in shared indoor spaces. Smokers may build a smoking club-house if they wish.)	Social Factors Common Spiritual Practices: No Answer (People actively supported to find their own paths. Some common rites/prayers to The Creator (for an atheist this might mean The Creative Principle.)) Which Spiritual Traditions(s): Ecumenical (includes "all religions") (We've a strong earth/creation orientation in how we practice our diverse religions. More members will add more as they arrive.Founding couple is 1 Catholic + 1 Pagan, 2 American Indians, with Faerie connections.) Educational Style(s): Other (Parents will decide. Home/community schooling for those who want it (at least one person has asked for this.))
