Namaste, peace and light, clarity and health to all living creatures, seen and unseen, great or small.
We have been established for over 30 years, and our website is a Global Portal with links to the most largely utilized Activist Portal on the Internet, Wiser Earth. We will be receiving our 501(c) 3 status by the end of the year.
We are rebuilding from Hurricane Ike and will be another year before all is restored. Therefore we have no living accommodations for new members at this time. We lost everything but our main residence, our organic gardens were under 3ft of salt water for almost a week. With the help of the State Agriculture Dept. we have been able to restore all of our land to an organic state and our aquaculture ponds are healing nicely and producing young fish again.
Our practice begins and ends each day with sunrise and sunset meditations and prayer.
We respect all forms of spiritual commitment and seek no compensation from our members other than the sharing of the work involved in maintaining our site.
We are heavily involved in the arts as technicians for sound, lights and Computer systems.
We are a small group seeking self-sufficiency. In our group we have artists, organic farmers, organic ranchers, craftsman, nomads, pilgrims and activists of all persuasions.
We believe that sustainability is a topic that affects everyone from those living in urban areas, apartment complexes, condo developments, schools as well as those living in rural settings and managing or developing sustainable agricultural systems to support the availability of local, healthy foods.
Our long term goal is to serve as a resource to both the communities that exist as well as exploring their options regarding sustainability and our allied NGO’s and non profit’s working on sustainability issues world wide.
Please consider joining us,in our web based collective, it is and always will be free, up to date and well documented and sourced. We have a wide diversity of members from the whole planet.
We will endeavor to avoid political issues except as they affect the endeavors we have in common. We welcome discussion and feed back at any time at all.
