| Our vision is to create housing ready for people seeking community. We have spent the last year developing plans and laying the groundwork for this construction and have begun to welcome community-minded folk to join this project as we prepare to break ground.
We are inspired by other small-scale urban infill communities, like Sabin Green, working to create positive living models in the inner city.
Our homes are designed with many green features, including salvaged wood trim and floors, locally made cabinets and countertops, tile, rainwater reclamation, native drought-resistant plantings, a 400-sq-ft community space, storage units, and bike parking. We are close to transit, zip cars, and shops, and a short hop from downtown.
We have one 1242-sq-ft, three-bedroom, three-bath unit; one 915-sq-ft, two-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit; one 925-sq-ft, two-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit (reserved); and one 600-sq-ft, one-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit.
Floor plans are available upon request. | Community location is placed at the center of the zip/postal code, city/state, or city/country (not based on street addresses) |
