Minneapolis Family Intentional Community
Minneapolis, Minnesota,
United States
(Near Chicago and 35th Street in Central Neighborhood)
3330 Columbus Ave, 55407
We are a multigenerational, diverse community that is open and accepting. We are newly formed and still developing formal ownership. We are not a legally defined cooperative, yet.
Our current members are interested in sustainability, the arts, family-oriented community, social justice, nonviolent communication, slow food, gardening, and being active outdoors. Families, professionals, seniors and students—all types are welcome. We value being located where we can bike or walk to activities.
At this time, we're operating as housemates with two of our members as owners of the property. Conversion to a full co-op is desired.
We have an opening for August 1st. The available room is on the third floor. It is a pet-free, carpeted room.
Status: Looking for a new member! Available August 1st.
