La Biciclette Rouge/The Green House
East Vancouver, British Columbia,
Canada
La Biciclette Rouge, aka the Green House, is a communal house in East Vancouver. We share food and have networks with local farmers to buy and/or barter local, organic, often biodynamic food (including vegetables, meat, dairy, eggs) from people we know. We also have community events at the house and with other local communal houses in the neighborhood.
The house is part of a larger network of organizers and several interconnected communities.
