Harper Valley Farm. Not your traditional intentional community. This is a productive hobby farm that I have owned for 20+ years. We raise blueberries, lettuce, herbs, apples, and bees. Located on Bear Creek, 30 miles from Branson, MO.
My work currently takes me away so I pass the opportunity to live on this property. One bedroom house FOR RENT $450 per month. I pay utilities in exchange for you watering indoor four season garden year round as well as weeding and watering five small flower beds in season; should take about 20 minutes per day.
Suitable for one or two people. Small unique one bedroom house, all utilities paid (electric, phone, satellite and Wi Fi). No pets. No smoking.
I have a caretaker who takes care of the vegetable garden and property. House available this spring call to set up an appointment.
