Imagine a different life… A small, shared ownership community is forming to create a healing sanctuary and an ongoing incubator for the arts. In Hot Springs, Montana, there is a large parcel with a hot mineral water well, an existing home and 3 unit building...lots of room for gardening and expansion. In Santa Barbara, California, there is a coastal, hilltop, luxury home on 3 acres with an agricultural easement -- country living within the city limits.
Members will share ownership of one or both properties and travel between them seasonally if desired. Seeking sober, like-spirited people who are wondering what to do with the rest of their lives, and who want to be creative, healthy, and supportive of one another. Investment will vary according to the individual.
