This new community is for those that are normally self sufficient, but, who can join forces during a natural disaster or other emergency to work together and sustain each other. Several sites in Northeast Mississippi and West Tennessee, near the Tennessee River are currently being considered. A number of lots will be available to construct a primary or second residence on, and a central shelter facility will be constructed and stocked for emergency situations. Members will pay an initial membership fee and an annual maintainance fee for stocking and maintaining shelter and common areas.
