We are a motley crew of retired gospel singers, hippies and their children who are obtaining land South/South-West of Denver to form a new intentional community. Each parcel owner will own their land and can deed it to friends or family, or leave it to the community perpetually.

We are positive liberty deist capitalists and communalists. Go figger! We are calling for able bodied men and women to come and join as the Great Spirit leads you. We reject no one, and are abused by no one, for we are ONE LOUVE.

We wear clothes and we go naked depending on the weather. There will be no fences so if you're offended by the human form do not join. There are no predators and never will be; everyone will be welcome to visit and discuss progress at meetings etc, and all land deals will be completely legal with escrow title et al but NO REALTORS! We have 3 mensans; we can handle the paperwork.
