Historic Lowe House for Rent
Due to the recent and unexpected passing of My Life and Aldea de Artisticas partner, I am inviting individuals to consider joining with me in keeping the intention alive, sustaining what we have and carrying the vision forward. The purpose of the community is to revitalize and maintain a creative enclave through fostering the preservation and construction of affordable and green housing, studio, and exhibition space for rent and sale to working artists, to make art and build community inkeeping with the tradition of "Tubac: Where Art and History Meet. We start 2012 offering three historic adobes for rent for live/work space to artists willing to participate in upkeep and maintenance to sustain and an opportunity for potential participation in the growth of the community in the future. We have the foundational engineering and design planning completed with approvals through the regulatory agencies on hold at this time. Also, I am looking for additional participation from an individual or entity willing to buy out another landholder's position with a willingness to re-energize the project's development. For more information, the Aldea de Artisticas website for more background. If you are in the area, I'd be pleased to give you a tour, answer your questions and share the intention. Nancy Valentine
