Lulu picking berries
Tangled Vine is located on one acre in the suburban Houston community of Pearland, Texas. We are planning four additional homes, possibly a mixture of single-family and duplex residences. There is currently one duplex on the property that will eventually serve as the communal building. We plan to finish our first home in 2008 and begin the second home. We are working with architect Jeromy Murphy to build as green as possible, and are planning plenty of green space, gardens, and a playground. Each home is individually owned and we operate under a HOA. Our goal is to build a close community/neighborhood where we can send our kids out to play and know and enjoy our neighbors. We do have monthly potlucks and other events.
