This is a satelite view.
 A 20,000 sq ft school building to be retro-fitted to 110% sustainable. Situated in Gagetown, MI, the school sits on 2.9 acres.
Complete with commercial kitchen and a 5,000 sq ft gymnasium with a concert size stage, it is wired throughout with CAT-5e ethernet and RG6 coax. A near-perfect setup for a home automation tech install.
Seeking like minded individuals or families who would like to invest sweat equity into this endeavor. The is no obligation to share in food or finances, but a schedule of tasks and labor will be split amongst the group.
Property is owned outright, so ongoing expenses are already kept to a minimum.
There is no plans to turn on any utilities (accept internet). Current plans for utilities consist of Solar, Wind, and BioFuel technologies.
There is currently 3 people working on this project, they are all techs/engineers.
