The site has been purchased and is ready to start the community design process.
Located within walking distance (8 blocks) to Clearlake and downtown Lakeport. The site is a 2.5 acre, gently rolling site with an existing walnut orchard and a single home.
Lakeport is the government center for Lake County, home to the regional medical center with a Sutter Hospital, Mendocino Community College-Lake Center, and is one of the most affordable communities in California.
