Boulder Creek Community
Boulder, Colorado,
United States
(The creekfront doorway to the Rocky Mountains. 30 minutes from Denver)
Creek front condo living room
Boulder Creek Community, in Boulder, Colorado, at the doorway to the Rocky Mountains, combines great weather, the best of Boulder urban "walk/bike-to- everything" conveniences with a unique "more-affordable" living choice.....in a matured development, for proactive, participating adults, seniors, and families.
UNIQUE CHOICE OF MORE AFFORDABLE LIVING THROUGH PARTICIPATION: We are a group of caring, self-aware, community- minded, condominium owners who are providing opportunities to buy (50% or 100% ownership) or rent* a limited supply of existing 1, 2, & 3 bedroom condos at costs that can, through community participation, be 16% to 60% less than you would normally pay for condo renting or ownership in this desirable location. Ask about financing.
* The current 9 of the community rented Condos are saving $150 to $300 per month, from "market rents", thru monthly community participation.
RENTALS AVAILABLE FOR JUNE OR AUGUST OCCUPANCY. Call: 303-417-1690 or see BoulderRenting.com for information and photos.
BEST OF BOULDER URBAN LIVING CONVENIENCES: Our community includes access to a complete health club with indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, work out room, tennis and more. We are located next to an 11 acre park with an Olympic sized pool, playground, skate park and baseball field.
You can walk or bike....without crossing a street....in 5 to 15 minutes, along the beautiful, adjacent, 10 mile long Boulder Creek Bike/Hike Path, to: shopping, theater, University of Colorado, Naropa Univ., many cultural events, the farmers market, library, hospital.

OUR VALUES (YOUR VALUES?): Would you like to combine privacy with living near, and participating with, a group of caring, inclusive, multi-generational, environmentally proactive, fun-loving people who are committed to their personal growth, spiritual self-awareness, community service, heart-centered communications, learning and to graceful aging for all ages?
Are you willing to rent for 6 to 12 months, before buying, to see if this community is what you want?
BUILT AND BEAUTIFUL: Surrounded by mature trees, flowers, lawn and creeks, these existing, quality condos are built and ready to enjoy (see BoulderCreek Community.com for availability) .....allowing more time for co-creating community activities without the costs, risks and stresses of building new structures.
COMMON HOUSE/GUEST APARTMENT: A small furnished and equipped common house with guest room and gas fireplace is available to community members and their guests.
"30-60 DAY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER" OPTION: Try out community living and learning with us for 30 to 60 days to discover whether this or any cohousing community living fits your lifestyle. Take time to be supported in clarifying your community living vision and values. Participate in creating community meals and events. Ask about cost and participation discount incentives for successful participation in this experiential, educational format. Call us for details: 303-417-1690
FINANCING OPTIONS: Unlike new community construction your "more affordable" financing costs can be fairly accurately known before you commit yourself to this community. Owner financing may also be available for some condos...at reasonable interest rates and reduced closing costs. Ask about this.
SUSTAINABILITY: Community financial and social sustainability and condo marketability are generated through deed restrictions. This makes it financially more affordable for the community to buy community condos from departing community members and rerent to perspective buyers to try out our community life prior to buying. Renting before buying reduces new buyer financial risks and community commitment risks. 'Taste test' our community for 6 to 12 months before you choose to buy. It's good for all of us.

I live here in this very unique community. We're right on the bike path just East of downtown. People are surprised to hear that each household must have a dinner and event each month, so there's lots of visiting. We've had lots of learning events, sharing hobbies, and yes, some beer tasting.
