Circle of Friends
Glasgow, Kentucky,
United States
The goal of this community is to help each other as well as the greater community at large. The collaboration of many people and many talents, with a desire to give of themselves to others, has the opportunity to change the world. In the tradition of Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King Jr, and others, we have a vision in which people mean more than things, time, and money.
Currently we are a 35-cow dairy with some produce in the summer. The rest of our time is spent working and living in the greater community. We cut firewood and visit our elderly neighbors. Our flexible dairy structure allows us to lend a helping hand quite often around here. We enjoy getting together for meals at the end of the day to unwind and share.
This place...this life...its magic... you never know what will come down the lane next...
