The focus for the community is to be a self sustainable, that supports and nurtures holistic lifestyles, a strong sense of community and develop an echo style village.
Activities: organic farming, fruits, and vegetables. Greenhouse, herbs, produce and preserve heirloom plants and seeds.
Develop affordable renewable energy sources for the community, and affordable green building techniques for the community.
Develop profitable community business and a shared work ethic, and develop a legal structure than enables 100% profit sharing for all members.
Develop systems that minimize living expenses, which are 'sustainable' enabling more 'free time' without sacrificing quality of life or natural resources.
