BlueMark Community
Long Island, New York,
United States
(Syracuse)
The community is based on natural principles, such as love, mutual assistance, cooperation, and proper communication, as well as principles and standards established by its members. These laws, based on empathy and basic common sense, which are essential for all of the decisions, will be implemented through democracy, not bureaucracy. We want to build our businesses, which are going to help us gain enough financial power to build modern and energy-efficient housing and a healthy lifestyle. We want to use any modern technology available to us today that is environmentally safe. In the end, this community should be self-sufficient in all aspects.
